Centennials leading scorer Michael Felsing Commits to Robert Morris NCAA Division 1
MERRITT — Merritt Centennials leading scorer Michael Felsing has committed to play NCAA division 1 hockey at Robert Morris University for the 2024/2025 season. Felsing leads the Centennials with 6 goals and 13 assists which is good for 19 points in 16 games.
Michael has been one of the most relied upon offensive talents on the team, he has scored at least a point in 12 out of the 16 games this year.
Felsing is also coming off a hot streak where he had 9 points in just 5 games, averaging nearly 2.00 points per game. No matter who seems to play on a line with Felsing, he always makes them better. He has a very high hockey I.Q, some of the plays he makes are a perfect mix of “soft hands while keeping it simple and making the right play.”
“Michael has earned this scholarship with his work ethic, determination and consistent play. We are proud to announce that Michael has committed to RMU to continue his Scholastic and Hockey career.” – Head Coach Brian Passmore
The Centennials play next Friday in Vernon at 7 p.m. (Nov, 10) where they will look to win their first game against the Vipers in three tries.
