Two Centennials named to the BCHL Top Prospects Game

MERRITT – Two Merritt Centennials will be apart of this years BCHL Top Prospects Game taking place over the All-Star weekend.
Jackson Krill, who was already named to the All-Star team, got the nod to also play in the Top Prospects game. Through 24 games this season, Krill has 25 points (13G,12A).
“It’s awesome, it will be really fun to play on the mainland team with Diego,” said Jackson Krill. “I am happy another player got voted in with me.”
Diego Johnson is joining Krill at the game. The 16-year-old rookie has 10 points (6G,4A) through 20 games played.
“I’m pretty excited to be out with lots of good players and I feel pretty honoured that the league thought I could be in that, so I’m pretty excited to go and have some fun there,” said Diego Johnson.
The BCHL Top Prospects Game will be on January 20 in Penticton, with the All-Star game taking place, the next day, on January 21.
