No Emergency Service at Merritt Hospital Until Tuesday

Merritt and area residents are advised that the emergency department at Nicola Valley Hospital will be closed until 8 a.m. tomorrow, due to unforeseen limited physician availability.

Interior Health recommends that if you have an emergency to call 9-1-1 or visit the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops or Kelowna General Hospital.

The Health Authority recommends that if you are unsure of your need to call BC Health Link 8-1-1

Again the emergency department at Nicola Valley Hospital will be closed until 8 a.m. tomorrow, due to unforeseen limited physician availability.

Interior Health apologizes for this temporary interruption to normal services.
