Celebration Of Life for Former Q101 Owner

On Dec 31st the City of Merritt lost a true community leader and business entrepreneur, Elizabeth Laird.

Elizabeth Laird was the owner operator of Q101 until 2020 and left a tremendous legacy of community service.

This Saturday the family of Elizabeth Laird invite the community to a celebration of life at 1 pm in Merritt’s Rotary Park.

Everyone is welcome to come and share stories and memories.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Elizabeth Laird Memorial Scholarship to financially support students entering the radio broadcasting program at BCIT.
