Abbotsford Man Pleads Guilty After Merritt Arrest

An Abbotsford man has been sentenced to one year in jail after pleading guilty to possession of stolen property, dangerous operation of a vehicle and failure to comply with a release order.
Tyler Klutskow entered the plea last week in court and was also given one year probation and a one year driving probation.
Klutskow was arrested on September 8th after RCMP received complaints of a vehicle driving at dangerous speed driving on Highway 5 near Comstock Rd.
During the arrest it was discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen earlier in that day.
