The Penticton Vees weren’t messing around on Sunday afternoon as Fred Harbinson had his boys ready to play and the home side dominated the first 20.
The Cents would get an early powerplay chance, but fail to even register a shot on goal. From that point forward it was all Vees.
On a powerplay of their own at the 11:07 mark, Penticton would open the scoring with Luc Wilson slap-pass tipped home by Brett Moravec.
Late in the frame, Aydar Suniev would find a lose puck in front and beat Jackson Baker to double the lead.

The second period would be much more competitive with the Cents spending more time in the offensive zone.
The Vees would find the back of the net under two minutes in with Bradly Nadeau scoring his first of two in the period.
The Cents would respond with Sam Ward firing top corner hockey past Carter Serhyenko. Just a minute and a half later on the penalty kill, Josh Olson would strip the defenseman and go in all alone shooting glove side past Serhyenko for his first of the season in his final contest to make it 3-2.
The Vees would then add three unanswered before the end of the period to balloon the lead to 6-2. Goals from Josh Nadeau, Bradly Nadeau’s second, and Spencer Smith.

The Vees would pile on with 4 more in the final period to win 10-2.
The Cents finish the season with their lowest win total in franchise history with just three, and 10 points overall.
