Third atmospheric river barely impacts Coldwater flows

A third atmospheric river system is currently battering the coast of British Columbia. Forecaster had predicted that the system would reach towards the summit of the Coquihalla and bring with it higher temperatures which could lead to snow melt in addition to heavy precipitation.
While the system is still forecast to dump another 30-40mm of rain on the Coquihalla today, the overnight numbers from the Coldwater River are a good sign for Merritt.
The flows barely increased over the course of Tuesday, starting around 47 m^3/s, they spiked around 7 pm at approximately 61 m^3/s before beginning to slow overnight.
The Brookmere gauges show a similar curve to Merritt, with only a small spike recorded and flows now back where they were prior to the storm yesterday.
