B.C. adds 424 COVID-19 cases; hospitalization load drops below 300

VICTORIA — Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 in British Columbia have dropped below 300.
The province says there are 295 people in hospital with the virus Thursday (Nov. 25), down by 23 from Wednesday. There are 112 patients in intensive care.
B.C. added 424 cases of COVID-19 Thursday, including 93 in Interior Health.
The active caseload is up by 45 to 3,061, and up by two in Interior Health to 608.
Three more people have died of the virus, including one in IH, pushing the provincial death toll to 2,316.
The province says 87.5 per cent of all eligible British Columbians aged 12 and older are fully vaccinated, while 91 per cent have received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
