Merritt records five new COVID-19 cases

The BC Centre for Disease Control has released the latest Local Health Area (LHA) COVID-19 data, covering the week leading up to the evacuation of Merritt.
For the week of November 7-13, the Merritt LHA recorded five new cases of the virus, a decrease of 10 cases from the week prior.
In Kamloops, the LHA reported 132 new cases, also a decrease of 10 from the week before.
- Kamloops – 132 (down by 10 from last week)
- Cariboo/Chilcotin – 58 (down by 7)
- North Thompson – 13 (up by 9)
- 100 Mile House – 4 (up by 1)
- South Cariboo – 0 (down by 4)
- Lillooet – 2 (down by 2)
- Merritt – 5 (down by 10)
- Vernon – 75 (down by 10)
- Armstrong-Spallumcheen – 10 (down by 5)
- Enderby – 35 (up by 21)
- Salmon Arm – 41 (down by 36)
- Revelstoke – 2 (down by 2)
- Central Okanagan (Kelowna) – 227 (up by 46)
