VICTORIA — B.C. has declared a state of emergency in relation to the devastating floods and mudslides caused by this week’s storm in southern B.C.
Premier John Horgan announced the move at a news conference during the noon hour Wednesday (Nov. 17).
Horgan said the state of emergency is necessary to ensure supply lines remain intact for B.C. communities.
More to come.
