Merritt records 15 new COVID-19 cases

The BC Centre for Disease Control has released the latest local health area (LHA) COVID-19 data, covering the week of October 31, to November 6, 2021.
The Merritt area recorded 15 new cases of the virus, an increase of six cases from the week prior.
Kamloops and Vernon had slight increases, while more notable spikes were in Salmon Arm and Central Okanagan (Kelowna).
Kamloops’ 142 weekly cases puts them back at an average daily rate per 100,000 population between 15.1 to 20.
