City looking for public feedback on new OCP

The City of Merritt is beginning week of consultation today on the new Official City Plan.

“The Official Community Plan is the overall City document which will help guide our community forward,” said Mayor Linda Brown. “During the 2018 election, I, and Council members, ran on a platform of Growth and Sustainability. This Plan will assist us to meet that goal for the community.”

Three engagement sessions have been scheduled for the next week.

Wednesday, November 3 – Online session 12:00 – 2:00 pm

Thursday, November 4 – Online session 5:00 – 7:00 pm

Wednesday, November 10 – Open House (OCP and North Bench Plan) 5:30 – 6:30 pm
