TNRD rescinds Lower Nicola Evacuation order

The Evacuation Order issued on August 15, 2021 at 2030 hrs has been downgraded to an Evacuation Alert in Electoral Area “I” (Blue Sky Country), Electoral Area “M” (Beautiful Nicola Valley-North) and Electoral Area “N” (Beautiful Nicola Valley-South) in the vicinity of Lower Nicola for the following 656 properties addressed below the map:

The Lower Nicola Indian Band has also rescinded the evacuation order for their reserves, an alert will remain in place.
