The BC Wildfire Service is reporting that a fire has sparked just North of Highway 8 between Merritt and Spences Bridge.
The Service is reporting that the blaze is located near the Gordon Creek FSR.
As of Thursday morning, the fire is measured at 0.009 hectares and listed as out of control.
The cause is currently unknown.
