Convicted Merritt child killer Allen Schoenborn will be back before the B-C Review Board this April.
The Review Board decided last year that Schoenborn posed a serious threat of violence to the public and would not be released.
The convicted killer has a mandatory hearing set for April 5.
Review Board Chair Bernd Walter says the panel makes a decision on whether there is any chance for release.
Schoenborn was found guilty, but not criminally responsible for killing his three children, because of mental illness in 2010.
