BREAKING NEWS: Shake Up for Merritt Centennials

Q101 is following a developing story surrounding the Merritt Centennials.

Reports have surfaced from several billets that Head Coach and assistant General Manager Wes McLeod and the franchise have parted ways.

Q101 has reached out to Merritt Centennials President and General Manager Brad Anstey about the reports, who said there would be information on the matter coming later today.

McLeod, lead the Centennials to two winning seasons finishing with 51 wins, 28 losses, five overtime loses and four shootout losses in 88 regular season games. The Centennials made the playoffs both season under the tutelage of McLeod, losing to the Revelstoke Grizzlies in the first round of the playoffs.
