Eleven firearms stolen from local business still missing

Merritt RCMP say two people are facing charges in connection to the theft of multiple firearms from a Merritt business earlier this month.
On Tuesday, June 9, Merritt RCMP responded to a call about a break in at Canadian Tire where eleven firearms were stolen.
The suspects were identifed, arrested, then released with charges pending.
Meanwhile, none of the stolen weapons have been recovered.
RCMP ask anyone with any information on the crime to contact Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
