Business as usual at LNIB Administration Building after evacuation

It was business as usual for staff at the Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) Administration Office on Wednesday, despite the building being evacuated the day before.

On Tuesday afternoon, members of the LNIB Fire Department were called to the Administration Office after reports of a gas leak.

For safety measures, the building was evacuated and shut down for the afternoon.

Meanwhile, a reminder that all LNIB offices will be closed for the Victoria Day holiday weekend. Offices will reopen Tuesday May 19 at 8:30 am.
