Drivers in the region could find driving challenging today as Environment Canada issued two weather advisories for the area, as a cold front associated with a strong low pressure system passes through the region today.
Motorists travelling the Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Merritt and Merritt to Kamloops and the Connector from Merritt to Kelowna are asked to use caution on the roads as high-sided vehicles could be pushed around by the strong gusty winds expected to reach 50 to 70 km per hour.
Before you head out check your driving conditions on Drive BC’s website.
