Breaking News: Highway 8 closed due to motor vehicle accident

Motorist who use Highway 8 from Highway Junction 5A will have to find an alternate route over the next few hours as Drive BC report a accident has forced the closure of the highway.

There are unsubstantiated reports that a motor vehicle and a motor cycle have collided and one fatality is being reported on Facebook.

First responders from the LNIB, RCMP, and paramedics are on the scene and traffic is just down for the next few hours as the investigation continues.
