In a news release issued Thursday (Jan. 25), Williams Lake RCMP say officers have since learned 23-year-old Sem Weiss may be in the Merritt area, and is renewing a call for information from the public.
Police say Weiss is wanted for a home invasion and stabbing out of Williams Lake. He’s also wanted by the Canada Border Services Agency on a Canada-wide warrant for his removal from the country.
Weiss is described as a white man with red hair, a thin build and green eyes.
