Amber Alert: Search for Children Continues

A province-wide Amber Alert has been issued for an eight-year-old girl and her 10-year-old brother who were not returned to their father after going on vacation with their mother last month.

Surrey R-C-M-P say Aurora Bolton and Joshuah Bolton were last seen in Krafty’s Kitchen and Bar in Kelowna.

The pair, and their mother Verity Bolton, are possibly travelling in a blue Dodge D-250 pickup with license plate number S-J-2-7-0-8.

Aurora is 3 feet tall and 70 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has small freckles on her face — her hair is shoulder length.

She was last seen wearing a blue dress with flowers on it.

Joshuah is 4 foot 10, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a buzz cut and was last seen wearing a shorts and t-shirt.

The mother — Verity Bolton is described as 45 years-old with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say they believe the children are at risk and are concerned about their mothers’ mental well being.

RCMP  say that anyone spotting the vehicle or the suspect should not approach and should call 9-1-1.
