Merritt records seven new cases of COVID-19

The BC Centre for Disease Control has released the latest local health area COVID-19 data, covering October 17 – 23.
The Merritt area recorded seven new cases last week, down from the 17 reported the week prior.
The Kamloops area had 145 new cases, an increase of 27 from the previous week.
Kamloops – 145 (up by 27 from last week)
Cariboo/Chilcotin – 52 (down by 5)
North Thompson – 5 (up by 2)
100 Mile House – 3 (down by 17)
South Cariboo – 0 (down by 2)
Lillooet – 5 (up by 1)
Merritt – 7 (down by 10)
Vernon – 46 (down by 17)
Armstrong-Spallumcheen – 17 (up by 5)
Enderby – 33 (up by 13)
Salmon Arm – 47 (up by 6)
Revelstoke – six (unchanged)
Central Okanagan (Kelowna) – 157 (down by 14)
