Merritt Dog Park to undergo extended maintenance

The City of Merritt will be closing off a section of the Merritt dog park for the next number of months to allow for maintenance and updates to the park.

“There will still be plenty of room for patrons and their furry friends to play,” reads a release from City Hall. “Our Parks Department is committed to providing our residents (the furry ones too) with well-maintained and safe parks for your enjoyment. We thank you for your understanding and patience.”

The project is scheduled to begin the week of October 18^th, and continue to Spring 2022.
