Merritt records 23 new COVID-19 cases

The BC Centre for Disease Control has released the latest local health area COVID-19 data, covering the week of September 19-25.
The Merritt area recorded 23 new cases of the virus, a slight increase from the 21 cases the week prior.
Kamloops had 219 new cases for the week of Sept. 19 to 25. That’s an increase of 61 from the previous week.
