Interior Health issues drug alert for Merritt and Kamloops

The Interior Health Authority has issued a drug alert for both Merritt and Kamloops.
The teal coloured drug is being sold as ‘down’ and may contain Fentanyl and possible synthetic cannabinoid.
The risks include possible overdose, hallucinations, disorientation, cold sweats, fear, and panic.
The alert will remain in effect until September 30, 2021
