SD58 confirms COVID-19 exposure at Merritt Central

School District 58 Nicola Similkameen has confirmed a COVID-19 exposure among the community at Merritt Central Elementary School.
The exposure is stated to have occurred between June 1-4.
Anybody who needs to self-isolate as a result of the positive case will be contacted by the Interior Health Authority.
This is the first positive case at an SD58 School since May 22.
