Merritt woman charged with impaired driving

On April 5, a concerned Merritt citizen contacted the RCMP to report a suspected impaired driver.
The driver was eventually located by Mounties near the 1500-block of Nicola Avenue.
“The driver was subsequently arrested, and the vehicle was impounded,” added Sgt. Josh Roda.
On May 26, Lynn Johnny was charged with driving while suspended, impaired operation of a motor vehicle, and impaired operation while over 80 mg.
