MERRITT, B.C. — A commercial truck was heavily damaged by fire southwest of Merritt Tuesday evening (May 18).
The fire took place on the Coquihalla Highway near the Great Bear Snowshed.
Former Merritt-area MLA Harry Lali sent brief video of the incident to CFJC Today. It shows the truck’s cab in flames with the trailer still attached.
There is no word if anyone was injured.
