Merritt’s Roger Sloan will look to regain his previous form this weekend at the Wells Fargo Championship.
After a stretch of three consecutive top-25 finishes, the PGA Tour Pro has missed the cut at three straight events.
Sloan is currently on the outside looking in at the all-important top-125 of the FedEx Cup standings at 144. The top-125 at the end of the season earn a berth in the playoffs and crucially secure a tour card for next year.
Despite an up and down season which has seen Sloan make and miss eight cuts, he’s managed five top-25 finishes and earned $310,860.
This morning Sloan tees off at 11:11 am, playing with Americans Hank Lebioda and Kramer Hickok.
