Merritt records six new COVID-19 cases

The Merritt local health area continues its ‘yo-yo’ like tendencies with six new COVID-19 cases reported for the week of March 28 – April 3, 2021.
The single-digit week follows 22, six, 15, and five over the past month.
The Kamloops area recorded 48 new cases last week, up from 30 the week before.
Here are the totals for areas in the Interior between March 28 – April 3, 2021:
- Cariboo/Chilcotin – 1 (unchanged from last week)
- North Thompson – 0 (unchanged)
- 100 Mile House – 1 (down by 1)
- South Cariboo – 1 (up by 1)
- Lillooet – 0 (unchanged)
- Vernon – 33 (up by 12)
- Armstrong-Spallumcheen – 4 (up by 3)
- Enderby – 11 (up by 7)
- Salmon Arm — 11 (up by 1)
- Revelstoke – 25 (up by 7)
- Central Okanagan-Kelowna — 214 (up by 73)
