MLA Luck hosting virtual Town Hall meeting with leadership candidate Iain Black

Fraser-Nicola MLA Tony Luck is hosting an online Town Hall meeting this evening to introduce former Liberal cabinet minister Iain Black, one the five remaining candidates in the race for the BC Conservative leadership.

Black, a former Minister of Labour minister under the Gordon Campbell Liberals, will join Luck, to discuss several topics including DRIPA, the economy, healthcare and more.

The online town Hall will be held tonight from 5:30 until 6:30.

Black joins philanthropist Yuri Fulmer, Kamloops-Centre MLA Peter Milobar, commentator Caroline Elliott, and former federal MP Kerry-Lynne Findlay in the race to replace John Rustad, who resigned as leader in December amid a caucus revolt.

The new leader of the party will be announced during the party’s convention leadership convention May 30.
