Nicola Valley Shelter hosting community engagement session

Nicola Valley residents are being welcomed to join the Nicola Valley Shelter and Support Society (NVSSS)  at a Community Engagement and Information Session this week.

The event will be held on Thursday, December 11, at 5:00 p.m., at the Merritt Lodge, 2757 Nicola Ave.

The information session will include details about the organization and an update on upcoming projects in 2026.

Since 2012, the Nicola Valley Shelter and Support Society has provided protection, care, and support to individuals in the Merritt region who are experiencing poverty, homelessness, or housing insecurity.
