BREAKING: Three weather advisories issued for Coquihalla, Connector and TCH

Three weather advisories are expected to bring snow, freezing rain and treacherous highways to the area this weekend.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Coquihalla from Merritt to Hope where 15 to 25 cm of snow are expected between this afternoon (Dec 7) and Sunday afternoon (Dec 8).
Meanwhile, a freezing rain warning has been issued for the Connector between Merritt and Kelowna beginning overnight. The freezing rain warning will remain in effect most of Sunday while a winter storm warning has been issued for the TransCanada Highway between Eagle Pass and Rogers Pass where 20-30 cm can be expected this weekend.
