WEATHER ALERT: Snowfall coming in next 24 hours to region /highways

Highways in the region could be tricky over the next 24 hours.
Environment Canada says a pacific frontal system is expected to bring 10-15 centimetres of snow to the mountain passes.
Highways affected include the
- Coquihalla Hope to Merritt
- the Connector Merritt to Kelowna
- Highway 3 – Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass
- Trans – Canada Highway – Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass
The snowfall is expected to start this afternoon (Saturday Nov 16) and continue until Sunday morning so motorist should be prepared for winter driving conditions.
