Dangerous dog on loose in Merritt

Merritt area residents are being warned of a dangerous dog that is on the loose in the city.

Officials at Merritt City Hall reported that over the Thanksgiving weekend, a break-in occurred at the City of Merritt’s Dog Pound, releasing a dog that has been designated dangerous.

Officials warn that if you see this dog, do not approach it.
