Nicola Valley Foodbank in need of donations

The Nicola Valley Food Bank is in urgent need of the community’s support.

In a social media post, the organization is asking for help to replenish their shopping shelves, in which clients who use the program are able to pick up extras.

The message said that with children now out of school, the need for these extras is high.

Non-perishable items are needed as is:

-Cereal
-Crackers
-Granola Bars
-Snacks
-Cookies
-Drinks
-Toiletries
-Shampoo
-Feminine Hygiene Products

Donations can be dropped off Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 p.m.
