A former two-term mayor of the District of Logan Lake has died.
Marlon Dosch passed away on June 10.
According to an obituary posted to the Kamloops Funeral Home website, Dosch died of cancer.
A longtime employee of the B.C. Ministry of Forests, Dosch was first elected mayor of Logan Lake in 2008, succeeding Ella Brown.
He was acclaimed in the 2011 civic election, but did not run again in 2014.“Despite his illness he remained gracious, kind and fun loving to others,” stated his obituary.
