Nicola Valley Arts Artisan of the Month – Ki Essentials
MERRITT — Sandy Labermeyer is a Holistic Health Practitioner bringing years of interest and training (Yoga, Aromatherapy, Health Coach- Self Management BC/UVIC and Reflexology) and a personal understanding of how all aspects of the body work together for wellness.
Being a person who enjoys connecting with others, her products reflect the same vibe.
Every product has a story, including how it was devoloped, who it was made for, and the reason behind it’s creation.
Creating essential oil blends to support good health is an ongoing passion of Sandy’s.
Sandy believes yoga, holistic health practices, and the use of essential oils have been important aspects of her life for many years.
She likes to share information with and learn from the people she works with. Sandy, like others, has health challenges but has found that when we know what we can do to help manage what we are living with on a daily basis, we can make small changes that create big steps toward balance.
You can find her “Ki Essentials and Ki @ Home products” at the Nicola Valley Arts Council Gift Shop and find her online through her Ki Essentials Facebook page
