Shackan and Cook’s Ferry Indian Bands Evacuate

The Shackan Indian Band has issued an evacuation ORDER for Reserve IR#11.

All those living on the reserve are asked to evacuate immediately and travel to the Shackan Band Office in Merritt.

Cook’s Ferry has issued Evacuation orders for Reserves 1, 3, 4, 4b, 4c, 7, 16, 17, and 19 Secondly.

Evacuees are being directed towards Chilliwack.
