Royal Inland Hospital COVID-19 outbreak stable

KAMLOOPS — Interior Health (IH) says three of the four active COVID-19 outbreaks in Kamloops grew marginally over the long weekend, the largest stayed stable.
In an email update, IH says the Royal Inland Hospital outbreak remains at 105 cases — 36 patients and 69 staff. One death has been connected to the outbreak.
And the outbreak at Westsyde Care Residence grew by one, from 29 cases to 30 over the weekend. It includes 16 residents and 14 staff, and there is one death associated to the outbreak.
