Murderer Allan Schoenborn will appear in front of the BC Review Board again today.
Dave Teixeira, who speaks on behalf of his ex-wife says the annual hearings continue to cause angst, as the family believes the man who murdered his three children will re-offend if given the chance.
"We don't know what he will be asking for. In fact, we often don't know what he is looking for in terms of freedoms, or those sorts of things until we get into the hearing. So, we're kind of on pins and needles waiting to see what he will be asking for this time."
Schoenborn was convicted of first-degree murder for killing his daughter and two sons in their Merritt home back in 2008 but found not criminally responsible because of a mental disorder.
He remains eligible for day passes from the forensic psyche unit where he continues to reside and will continue to receive annual review hearings.
