BC Wildfire Service battling wildfire near Logan Lake.
Kamloops Fire Centre information officer Brenna Ward confirms a fire in an area near Tunkwa Lake first discovered this afternoon has already grown to 12 hectares.
"He have had reports of the fire candling. Initial attack crews and a secondary crew from Merritt are at the scene. At this point it is believed to be human caused."
40 BC Wildfire Service personnel are currently on scene, and air support has been deployed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
