Royal Canadian Legion #96 hoping the cold doesn't keep the crowds away.
Poppy chair Maureen Dixon advising the large crowd that usually attends the annual Remembrance Day service in Merritt to dress warm.
"This is the coldest November we've had for a few years. Make sure you dress warmly for outside, if you have some elderly people make sure to bring an extra blanket and wrap it around their shoulders."
Tomorrow's service gets started at 10:15am sharp, with the march out of the Cenotaph beginning 10:50am, followed by the traditional march to the Royal Canadian Legion on Quilchena Ave.
